- Meetings
with the respective Board of Directors and shareholders of the
property.
- Review
the consistency of the application with the City's Comprehensive
Plan,
Building Code, Fire Code, Suddivision Ordinance, and Zoning Ordinance.
- Working
with the surveyor/engineer to file the condominium conversion
application,
required condominium plan and new legal description.
- Attendance
at all governmental and relevant hearings in support of the condominium
conversion application
- Select
and coordinate with the Title Company title insurance, closing
fees, deed
preparation, etc.
- Creation
of an informational web page designed specifically for the project
allowing
immediate and convenient access to project status and updates
as well as a venue
for the parties involved to ask questions and voice concerns 24/7.
